July 15 - 16, 2019. 48 Hours of Shopping!

Prime Day 2019 is gearing up to be a HUGE online shopping day. Not only for Amazon Prime members, but also for anyone who shops online at large retailers. Here are a few things to keep in mind about Prime Day.  ***This post contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links.

  1. In order to fully take advantage of Prime Day deals, be an Amazon Prime member. Try Prime free for 30 days, or see if you qualify for a special $5.99/month prime memberships.

  2. Amazon Prime Day deals tend to sell out fast. Download the Amazon app to stay up-to-date as soon as deals are available so you don't miss out. Turn on your notifications. (download here)

  3. Make a list. Starting now, you can select to "watch" the deals you like and get notifications in the app when they become available.

  4. Get Paid to Shop. You can get a $10 credit the first time you download and log into the Amazon app. Get another $10 credit with your 1st in-app purchase.

Rumor has it that some deals may start to drop as early as 9 PM July 14. Never hurts to check, just in case.

More Retailers with Prime Day Deals

Walmart & Target are just some of the over 200 retailers preparing to compete with Amazon for online sales during Prime Day. Don't forget to check them out, make sure your notifications are enabled in their apps, and check Facebook frequently. Facebook, why?

In 2018 I had ads coming fast and furious across my Facebook timeline from retailers jumping on the Prime Day coattails of Amazon. I was able to buy a set of closeout frames from Michaels for over 50% off with FREE shipping because their ad popped up on my Facebook timeline.

Get those credit and debit cards ready. Make a list. Come with a great strategy, and go find those Prime day deals!
