Easy Spinach Tortilla Chips

I've had some left over Toufayan Savory Spinach Wraps* and decided to see how they would do as tortilla chips. It's an easy recipe...and they turned out GREAT!


Prep Time: less than 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

1 pack Spinach Wraps
Non-stick cooking spray (or oil of choice in Misto* Sprayer)
Salt (to taste)
Salsa
Sour Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray cookie sheet with oil
  3. Cut spinach wraps diagonally to make your triangle chips
  4. Spread "chips" on cookie sheet
  5. Place cookie sheet on middle rack in oven for 7 minutes.
  6. After 7 minutes move cookie sheet to bottom rack for 2-3 minutes to crisp chips
  7. Take out of oven and sprinkle with salt
  8. Enjoy with salsa (I love Tostitos* Mild Chunky Salsa) and sour cream
